Haprass is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try other government parcel services or refund the amount if not able to courier.
All shipping across India is conducted via Indian Postal services and private Logostic services along with shipping fees calculated by system. All prices are based on a parcel’s weight and dimensions, as per destination and shipping option. Your order will be shipped within two business days. No packaging and handling fees are added.
For orders made or shipped outside India, you are responsible for all applicable custom and duty fees.
Upon receiving your order, Haprass Shoes will send a confirmation of your order. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping number for you to track its delivery.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days from the date of placing the order but due to current COVID Pandemic restrictions it might get delayed. As most of the products are hand made thus some times the dispatch time may be between 5 to 7 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
