Warranty Information
We offer warranty for shoes against
- Detachment of sole from upper (But not due to leather damaged by contact of water / chemical)
- Development of Crack in the sole (Flaking of Sole)
- Abrasion of the sole
please note that warranty will not be valid in the following cases:
- Damage to leather due to water/chemical contact
- Damage to the sole due to the impact of sharp objects or improper usage
- Consumption in wrong application/ industry Ex. Use of Synthetic Upper in Oil Sector.
As leather is a natural product, it does not carry any warranty coverage

- 1.Size replacement, if any, will be done only till 15 days from the date of supply of the material.
- 2.Size replacement will not be given for items which are made to order
- 1.Super Sonic Models: 15 Days
- 2.Express Models: 30 Days
- 3.Made to Order Items: 60 Days
- 4.ETO (Engineered to Order) Models: 90 Days
- 1.To avoid the size replacement, we request all our clients to place an order for correct size.
- 2.In case of size replacement, the freight charges both the ways will be on the client.
- 3.All the shoes for size replacement have to be sent by the client on paid basis.
- 4.Once we receive the shoes from the client, we would then dispatch the replacement of shoes from our end.
