Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Size Exchange Guarantee

If the footwear size does not fit comfortably, you can initiate a size exchange within 7 days of delivery through your online account or by contacting our customer desk.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

• The shoe must be unused, unsoiled, and in its original authentic box packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

3. Doorstep Pickup & Inspection

Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address. Once inspected at our Nashik facility, the replacement size will be dispatched immediately.

4. Refund Timeline

For approved returns, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (or designated UPI ID / bank account for COD orders) within 3 to 5 business days.
